When will these changes take place?
You can expect to see these changes commence from 24th March, 2025.
Will there be any functional changes to the products?
No, there are no functional changes in this release. Customers will enjoy the same user experience within all products. Only logos, branding elements, and product names are changing.
What happens if I am using or referring to LiveHire?
If you use the term "LiveHire" in your own collateral, you are encouraged to update this to "Humanforce Talent”. No immediate action is required regarding URLs or integrations.
Will data remain secure during this rebranding?
Yes, all candidate data remains secure during the rebranding.
Humanforce maintains the same high standards of data protection and privacy throughout the transition. No data is being migrated or moved to new systems during this phase.

Will email addresses or URLs change?
No changes to email addresses or URLs in this initial phase. Communications will continue to flow from the same email addresses. Domain changes are planned for a later stage with advance notice.
Will there be any service interruptions during the changeover?
No interruptions are expected during the changeover. No changes to URLs or platform functionality in this initial phase.
What about future domain changes?
Domain changes are planned for a later stage. Clients will receive notification and be involved in joint planning well in advance.
