What changes are happening to the product?
Candidates can expect to notice the following visual changes:
- The LiveHire logo will be replaced by Humanforce Talent logo
- Fonts and colour palette will mirror Humanforce branding
- References to "LiveHire" will be commence being replaced by "Humanforce Talent"
When will these changes take place?
You can expect to see these changes commence from 24th March, 2025.
Candidates agree to a Personal Information Collection Statement. Will this remain binding?
Yes, Humanforce, as part of the acquisition, will continue to take on the responsibilities outlined in the Personal Information Collection Statement. The statement itself will be updated to reflect Humanforce as the relevant entity, and remove references to LiveHire.
Do candidates need to reconsent to the PI Collection Statement and other terms and conditions?
No, we won’t be requiring candidates to re-sign the statement. We will be grandfathering in the existing consents that have been collected. When candidates apply for new roles or join new communities they will agree to the current terms and conditions.
Will there be any functional changes to the products?
No, there are no functional changes in this release. Candidates will enjoy the same user experience within the product. Only logos, branding elements, and product names are changing.
How will this affect candidates using LiveHire?
Candidates will start seeing Humanforce Talent logos and branding. They'll see "Humanforce" or "Humanforce Talent" instead of "LiveHire" in communications. There will be no interruption to communication flow for in-flight candidates.
Will my application or Talent Profile be affected?
No, all candidate applications and Talent Profiles will remain intact. Your application status will not change and your saved information and documents will be preserved. The only difference will be the branding elements you see.
Will email addresses or URLs change?
No changes to email addresses or URLs in this initial phase. Communications will continue to flow from the same email addresses. Domain changes are planned for a later stage with advance notice.
If I'm in the middle of a recruitment process, will this affect my application?
No, your application will continue to progress normally.
Will data remain secure during this rebranding?
Yes, all candidate data remains secure during the rebranding.
Humanforce maintains the same high standards of data protection and privacy throughout the transition. No data is being migrated or moved to new systems during this phase.
