How to Put a Job Vacancy on Hold:
1. Open your Job Vacancy to be put on hold.
2. Navigate to the status dropdown in the top left hand corner of the vacancy and click the On Hold button to on.
3. Add any relevant notes and click On Hold.
Please Note: Putting a Job Vacancy on hold does not stop candidates from applying to the position.
How to Take a Job Vacancy Off Hold:
1. Open your Job vacancy to be taken off hold.
2. Navigate to the status dropdown in the top left hand corner of the vacancy and click the On Hold button to on.
