Open a Job Vacancy

An Approved Job Vacancy must be opened in order to receive applications. 

To open your job vacancy, follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to the Job Vacancies Dashboard. 
2. Click the Approved tab to view jobs that have been approved but not yet opened.
3. Click the Job to open the Job Details screen.
4. Click the green "Open Vacancy" button in the top right corner of the screen. This will open a new window with a warning that opening the job with start the time to fill counter
5. Click the blue "Open" button.
