Create A Job Vacancy

  1. Sign in to your LiveHire Talent Community.

  2. Click “Jobs” in the blue bar along the top of the screen.
    (Tip: You can set your default view when you login to your Job Vacancies via the settings menu.)

  3. Click the “Create Job” button.
    (Tip: You can speed up the job creation process by using Job Vacancy Templates)

  4. Select the desired Job Template or click “New Form” to create a new job vacancy from scratch.


  5. Complete the desired fields in the “Details”, “Description” and “Application tabs.
  6. Click the “Save” button to create a Draft Job Vacancy or click the “Request Approval” button to begin the approval workflow process.
