LiveHire's Relationship Badges give you a quick and easy visual indication on the employment status of each profile in your Talent Community. Internal and external profiles are easily distinguishable by the coloured bars and corresponding badge seen on LiveHire Profiles in your Talent Community. Relationship Badges can be added in two ways: through the Relationship button on a worker's full profile view or automatically through the progression of a profile to the Hired status.

How to Add Relationship Badges on a Worker's Profile View:
1. Open the desired worker's profile.
2. Open the Relationship drop down menu at the right-hand side of the worker's profile.
3. Select the desired relationship status.
The Relationship Badge and indicator bar will now be visible on the worker's profile.
How to Automatically Add Relationship Badges with Hired Status:
1. Open the desired worker's profile.
2. Open the Move To drop down menu at the right-hand side of the worker's profile.
3. Select the desired Hired status between Internal or Contractor.
