Candidates that apply or are assigned to a Job Vacancy can easily be managed through the hiring process on LiveHire.

How to Manage Candidates on the Job Vacancy View:
1. Open your Job Vacancy page from the dropdown menu under your name.
2. Click the job vacancy name to open up the full vacancy view.
3. Click the Job Status of your desired candidate.
4. Change the Candidate Status through the dropdown menu.
Review the Candidate Status Guide for where to place your applicants.
5. If you want to, you can assign the candidate to a Talent Pool and/or add a note.
6. Select a new status to move the candidate to in the pipeline.
Review the Talent Pipeline Stages for where to place your candidates.
5. Click Save.
How to Manage Candidates on Their LiveHire Profile:
1. Open your Job Vacancy page from the drop-down menu under your name.
2. Click the job vacancy name to open up the full vacancy view.
3. Click the name of your desired candidate.
- You can also find your candidate by searching using their name, phone number or email address in the 'Search by Name' field at the top of the page.
4. Click Applications to view all job applications for this candidate
5. Click on Status option within the application
6. Change the Candidate Status through the dropdown menu.

7. Select a new status to move the candidate to in the pipeline.
Review the Talent Pipeline Stages for where to place your candidates.
8. Click Save.
How to Use Bulk Actions:
1. Hover the mouse beside a candidate until the check box appears.
2. Select the candidates to bulk action together.
Please note: Candidate's status can only be changed in bulk action if they are in the same stage.
3. Select the bulk action from Actions at the bottom of the browser.

As candidates are progressed in their job status they will automatically be moved through the Talent Pipeline Stages.
All Candidates - combined view of both active, unsuccessful and invited (candidates invited to apply but not yet actioned) candidates.
- Invited: Candidates that have been invited to a job, but have not yet accepted.
Active Candidates - the candidates that are new applicants or in the recruitment process.
- New: Candidates that have accepted your invitation, but have yet to have action taken on their candidate status. Once opened these candidates will default to Candidates. (Talent Pipeline Stage: Community)
- Application Received: Candidates that have been reviewed, but not had any action taken. (Talent Pipeline Stage: Community)
- Screening: Candidates that are currently undergoing resume screening. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Screened: Candidates that have completed the screening process. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Shortlist: Candidates that have made it through the screening process and are those you want to shortlist for interview. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Interviewing: Candidates in the interviewing stage. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Interviewed: Progress the candidates who have completed their interviews to this status. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Checks & Assessments: Candidate is currently undergoing checks such as police or medical checks, and pending these checks will be sent an offer (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Offer Sent: A candidate has successfully completed the previous stages and been sent an offer for the job vacancy. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Offer Pending: A candidate has been sent an offer for the job vacancy and awaiting their response. (Talent Pipeline Stage: In Progress)
- Offer Accepted: An applicant has successfully accepted your job vacancy offer. (Talent Pipeline Stage: Hired)
- Hired: An applicant has confirmed their acceptance and has started work. (Talent Pipeline Stage: Hired)
Unsuccessful Candidates - candidates that have been marked as unsuitable, not available, declined your offer or have withdrawn.
- Hired On Other Job: Candidate took another job — either within your company or with another company.
- Silver Medallist: Candidate was runner-up for the job.
- Offer Rejected: Candidate did not accept the job offer.
- Not Available: Candidate is not currently available for the job available.
- Not Suitable: Candidate is not suitable for this job, but is still great talent to consider for other roles.
- Withdrawn: Candidate has withdrawn their application to the job vacancy.
- Position Withdrawn: The position is no longer available due to internal reasons not the candidate's suitability.
