Offer Letter Templates
From the Admin Console, permissioned users are able to create new or edit existing Offer Letter templates with a broad range of rich text editing options as well as merge fields covering fields from the Talent Profile, Offer Standard Fields and Offer Custom Fields.

Create and Issue Offers to Candidates
From within a Job Vacancy, permissioned users are able to choose their Offer Letter template, complete the Offer Details form, review the Offer Letter, request approval of the Offer and send the the offer to the successful candidate

Offer Acceptance via Humanforce Talent Profile

Offer Letters can only be issued to Live Profiles. Seek Limited Profiles and Temporary Profiles are excluded.
