Follow this guide to create and review an offer letter in Humanforce Talent. There are a few prerequisites before you'll be able to create and review an offer letter:
- Offer Management has been enabled in your Humanforce Talent account
- An Offer Letter Template has been created and published in the Offer Templates area
- The candidate that you would like to offer has a Live Profile
- The Segment and Work Type on the Job and the Offer Letter Template match
Part 1: Changing the Application Status to Offer Pending
- Navigate to the Jobs area
- Click on the job where you would like to set up an offer
- Click on the application status and change it to Offer Pending and then click the Next button.
Note: If you have a custom recruitment workflow, the Offer Pending status label may be customized. If this is the case, reach out to one of your System Administrators or contact the Humanforce Support team for assistance
You'll know this has been done successfully if the Offer Details form opens.
Part 2: Setup Offer Details
- Choose your desired template from the Offer Template dropdown menu
- Complete the fields on the Offer Details form. Note: the data completed here will be used in the Merge Fields on the Offer Letter.
- Click the Save Offer button
You'll know you've completed this task successfully if the Setup Offer dialog moves to the Review step.
Part 3: Offer Letter Review
- Review the Merge Field data in the Offer Letter. These will be highlighted in blue colour. If there are issues with the merged data, click the Re-merge button.
- If you would like to generate a PDF export of the Offer Letter before it has been accepted, click the Convert button to render the PDF and then click Download
- If you need to Edit the Offer Letter, click the Edit button and then edit the document in line.
- When editing is complete, click the Update button to save your changes.
- If there are Additional Documents that you would like to attach to the Offer Letter, attach these below the Offer Letter preview. Additional Documents that have been attached to the Offer Letter Template will appear in this are automatically.
- Click the Next button
You'll know you've completed this task successfully if the Setup Offer dialog moves to the Approval step.

- Offer Management is an optional feature. If this feature is not available in your Humanforce Talent account, reach out to the Humanforce Support team for more information
- Online Offers can not be sent to Temporary Profiles or Seek Limited Profiles.
