Follow this guide to learn how to get your Offer Letters approved in Humanforce Talent.
Before an Offer Letter can be sent to a candidate for acceptance, it must have an Approval recorded against it.
Approve Now allows users (with permission) expedite the offer letter approval process by approving the offer letter themselves.
Request Approvals allows user to set up an offer letter approval workflow and send the offer details to other users for approval before the offer letter can be sent to the candidate.
Steps: Approve Now
- Click the Approve Now button
- Modify the Date Approved (optional)
- Add a Note (optional)
You'll know this has been done successfully if the Setup Offer dialog moves to the Send Offer step.
Steps: Requesting Offer Approval
- Click the Request Approvals button
- Begin typing an Offer Letter Approvers name in the First Name field (this will lookup existing active users in Humanforce Talent)
- Choose your approver from the suggestions to autocomplete the First Name, Last Name and Email fields
- Click the Add button
- Repeat steps 2-4 until you've added all of your required Offer Letter Approvers
- Choose your desired approval sequence
- At the same time will send the offer letter approval notification to all approvers at the same time
- In Order will follow the order that you added the Offer Letter Approvers\
- Add a Message to all approvers
- Click the Send approval request button.
You'll know this has been done successfully if the Setup Offer dialog closes.
